Rotomoulded products are exceptionally tough and reliable because they are manufactured as a single, continuous structure with no joins, welds, or seams, eliminating the common weak points found in fabricated items.
This seamless end result is achieved by melting Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) powder inside a rotating mold. The inherent properties of LLDPE make the product highly impact-resistant and flexible, allowing the main body to absorb force without shattering.
